What does the Women’s Ministry do?
The Women’s Ministry is designed by women, for women, and is led by godly ladies within our church. They offer Bible Studies, retreats, conferences, and numerous activities for women of all ages to fellowship and share life together. Conferences help educate and teach women more about God’s Word and how to apply it to their lives. Retreats help revive the soul both spiritually and mentally (removing them from their normal everyday routine).
When do they meet?
Fellowship meetings are held in the evening on the third Monday of most months. Michele Hitt and Aletha Spittle lead a gathering of ladies to have fun, food, fellowship, and games designed to break through the seriousness of daily life and bring us closer to each other and the Lord through laughter as well as a theme-based devotional.
There is a Women’s Bible Study on Monday nights at 6:00 in the Youth Room. We all bring a covered dish and share a meal together prior to starting the study. Child care is provided.
